EMMA BUESCHER
Bozeman attorney Emma Buescher represents clients in cases involving divorce and family law, child custody litigation, criminal defense, DUI charges, estate planning, and elder law.
She is licensed in Montana District Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana.
While primarily defending individuals in Bozeman, Montana, Emma extends her practice to clients living in every corner of the state of Montana.
In addition to private practice, Emma volunteers pro bono with the Montana Legal Services Association and is an active member of the Gallatin County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Emma earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia. Emma takes a client-first approach to every case and emphasizes communication, collaboration, and transparency in her practice. Her desire to help people influences her understanding that each person and situation is unique and is what drew her to practice law.
An affinity for the Northern Rockies led Emma to Bozeman after law school. She enjoys fishing, hiking, and skiing in her free time.
